><p><strong>PROCEDIMIENTO DEL CONCURSO P\u00daBLICO DE OFERTAS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El concurso p\u00fablico de ofertas de exploraci\u00f3n con opci\u00f3n a explotaci\u00f3n de \u00e1reas mineras del IPEEM se inicia con el respectivo llamado a concurso. La que se p\u00fablica en el bolet\u00edn oficial y diarios nacionales y provinciales. En el llamado a licitaci\u00f3n se establece la fecha a partir de la cual se pone a la venta el pliego de Bases y Condiciones (PBC) en las oficinas del IPEEM, fijando la fecha de apertura del sobre que las empresas interesadas deben presentar conteniendo la oferta por cada \u00e1rea en que se presentan. La oferta debe contener un sobre N\u00b01 con los \u201cANTECEDENTES\u201d del oferente, y el sobre N\u00b02 con la \u201cOFERTA ECON\u00d3MICA, adem\u00e1s de una garant\u00eda de mantenimiento de la oferta.<\/p>\n<p>La oferta, debe incluir:<\/p>\n<p>a.1. <b>Programa de prospecci\u00f3n y exploraci\u00f3n <\/b>con las fases de trabajo propuestas para un plazo m\u00e1ximo de cinco (5) a\u00f1os calendario.<\/p>\n<p>a.2.
