eldepartamento de Calingasta, a unos 215 km de la cuidad de San Juan.<br \/>\nEsta \u00e1rea forma parte de un distrito minero que incluye a las minas Casposo, Casta\u00f1o Nuevo y Casta\u00f1o Viejo.<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-saz0n-742c3ded8c5dd2143e3417d006450ca0 '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><h5><strong>El proyecto se define como un dep\u00f3sito epitermal de baja sulfuraci\u00f3n de Au-Ag, relacionado a estructuras vetiformes de cuarzo y cuarzo-carbonato, alojado en rocas volc\u00e1nicas e intrusivas del Permo-Tri\u00e1sico.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>Entre 2010 y 2012 la empresa Elementos Ltd. efectu\u00f3 7.965 metros de perforaci\u00f3n distribuidos en 55 sondajes, los que permitieron una estimaci\u00f3n de recursos de 32K oz de Au equivalente en veta Manantiales. A partir del a\u00f1o 2020,a trav\u00e9s de un contrato de exploraci\u00f3n con opci\u00f3n a explotaci\u00f3n con el IPEEM,la empresa Casposo Argentina Ltd. (Austral Gold),ha continuado con las tareas de exploraci\u00f3n concretando 6072 metros de perforaci\u00f3nen la veta Manantiales. This area is part of a mining district that includes the Casposo, Casta\u00f1o Nuevo and Casta\u00f1o Viejo mines.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><em>The mineralization is interpreted to beof alow-sulfidation epithermal Au-Ag type in quartz and quartz-carbonate vein structures, hosted in Permo-Triassic volcanic and intrusive rocks.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><em>Between 2010 and 2012, the company Elementos Ltd. carried out 7,965 meters of drilling over 55 drill holes, thatresulted in a resource estimate of 32K oz of Au equivalentin the Manantiales vein. Since 2020, the company Casposo Argentina Ltd. (Austral Gold), has continued exploration work through an exploration agreement with option to exploit with IPEEM, drilling 6072 meters in the Manantiales vein.
