Esta\u00a0concesi\u00f3n minera se encuentra aproximadamente a unos 120 km\u00a0al noroeste de la ciudad de San Juan. \u200b<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"EOP SCXP247889430 BCX0\">\u200b<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-ktu6ndy4-1e2a791cd0e673086f2a6682939e88dc '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><h5>El proyecto Hualil\u00e1n fue explorado y explotado en forma\u00a0intermitente por m\u00e1s de 150 a\u00f1os. En diferentes etapas se\u00a0han realizado m\u00e1s de 8.000 metros de laboreos subterr\u00e1neos, adem\u00e1s de relevamientos geol\u00f3gicos y estudios geof\u00edsicos. En el\u00a0a\u00f1o 2004, la empresa \u201cLaMancha\u00a0Resources\u201d estim\u00f3 un recurso\u00a0de 628.000 oz de Au equivalente para el proyecto.<\/h5>\n<h5>Desde el a\u00f1o 2019, la empresa\u201cGolden\u00a0Mining\u00a0S.\u00a0A.\u201d(Challenger\u00a0Exploration\u00a0Limited) se ha hecho cargo de los trabajos de\u00a0exploraci\u00f3n en Hualil\u00e1n. En el a\u00f1o2020 la empresa realizo un acuerdo de exploraci\u00f3n con opci\u00f3n a explotaci\u00f3n con el Instituto de Exploraciones y Explotaciones Mineras (IPEEM) por la propiedad Ayen, colindante con el proyecto Hualilan. A la fecha, la empresa ha completadoen el proyecto Hualil\u00e1n un total de 235.921metros\u00a0de perforaci\u00f3n distribuidos en 822 sondajes, de los cuales 55.916 metros corresponden a Ayen. Entre otros trabajosrealizados se incluyenmapeos geol\u00f3gicos de detalle, estudios\u00a0geof\u00edsicos, estructurales, hidrogeol\u00f3gicos y geot\u00e9cnicos, y pruebas metal\u00fargicas. \u200b<\/h5>\n<h5>Para la elaboraci\u00f3ndel <strong>plan de minado<\/strong> de la IIA presentado en abril de 2023 a las autoridades mineras de la provinciade San Juan, se consideraron los \u201crecursos geol\u00f3gicos\u201d reportados por Golden Mining S.A. enjunio de 2022,que indicaron un recurso de 1.799.909 de onzas de Au equivalente (1,02 ppm Au; 5,5 ppm Ag; 0,4 % Zn; 0,06 Pb).\u00a0 En el mes de noviembre del a\u00f1o 2024 la autoridad minera otorg\u00f3la Declaraci\u00f3nde Impacto Ambiental (DIA) a la empresa para la etapa de explotaci\u00f3n del proyecto Hualilan.<\/h5>\n<h5>El proyecto corresponde a un dep\u00f3sito tipo\u00a0skarn\u00a0de Au-Ag y\u00a0Zn desarrollado en el contacto de secuencias calc\u00e1reas\u00a0ordov\u00edcicas y cuerpos intrusivos\u00a0dac\u00edticos\u00a0de edad Miocena. La\u00a0mineralizaci\u00f3n se emplaza en las zonas de\u00a0exoskarn\u00a0(bancos calc\u00e1reos),\u00a0skarn de contacto (en el contacto litol\u00f3gico) yendoskarn\u00a0(mineralizaci\u00f3n diseminada en los cuerpos intrusivos). Las\u00a0estructuras reflejan el estilo estructural t\u00edpico de Precordillera, con un fallamiento regional norte-sur que expone las rocas hospedantes,\u00a0segmentadas por estructuras este-oeste que afectan a todas las\u00a0unidades litol\u00f3gicas yque sirvieron como conductos para la\u00a0mineralizaci\u00f3n.<\/h5>\n<h5 data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u200b<\/h5>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-m70ge2mx-c6a7a278937a71e3e1327a0e27e92ee1 '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p><strong>English Version<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><em>The Ayen property is part of the Hualil\u00e1n mining project, located in the geologic province of Precordillera Central, department of Ullum. This mining concession is approximately 120 km northwest of the city of San Juan.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><em>The Hualil\u00e1nproject has beenintermittently explored and exploited for over150 years. During different phases of work,over 8,000 meters of underground working has been developed.In addition, geological surveys and geophysical studies have been completed. In 2004, the company \u00abLa Mancha Resources\u00bb estimated a resource of 628,000 oz of Au for the Hualil\u00e1n project.\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><em>Since 2019, the \u00abGolden Mining S. A.\u00bb company (Challenger Exploration Limited),has been conducting exploration work at Hualil\u00e1n. In the year 2020, the company signed an agreement of exploration and exploitation option with the Institute of Explorations and Exploitations (IPEEM),for the Ayen property adjacent to the Hualilan Project.\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><em>To date, this company has completed235.921 meters of drilling of which 55,921 meters correspond to Ayen property.They have also completeddetailed geologic mapping, geophysical works, structural, hydrological and geotechnical studies and metallurgical testing.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><em>For the preparation of the IIA mining plan submitted in April 2023 to the mining authorities of the province of San Juan, the \u00abgeological resources\u00bb reported by Golden Mining S.A. in June 2022 were considered, which indicated a resource of 1,799,909 ounces of Au equivalent (1.02 ppm Au; 5.5 ppm Ag; 0.4% Zn; 0.06 Pb). In November 2024, the mining authority granted the Environmental Impact Statement (EID) to the company for the exploitation stage of the Hualil\u00e1n project.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><em>The mineralization is of skarn-type with Au-Ag and Zn atthe contact of Ordovician limestone sequences and dacitic intrusive bodies of Miocene age. Mineralization occurs in the exoskarn (limestone layers), contact skarn (along lithological contacts) andendoskarn (mineralization disseminated in the intrusive bodies) zones. The structures reflect the typical structural style of the Precordillera, with a north-south regional faulting system that exposes the host rocks, segmented by east-west structures that affect all lithological units and acted as conduits for mineralization.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div><\/p>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\"
